Solid Polyurethane wheels have the advantage of a one piece design which eliminates tread de-bonding failures you see on polyurethane wheels with iron or polyolefin cores while still providing high capacities & excellent durability. This will add up to serious savings over the life of the caster. Also means less down time and maintenance. They are 100% washable & steam cleanable; they will not be effected by grease, oils, most chemicals, cleaning solutions, blood or brine. These wheels offer more floor protection, non-marking treads, quieter rolling, & smoother rides compared to steel or phenolic wheels while still providing comparable load capacities.

The stainless steel on this caster significant extends the life of the caster, especially in wet environments. Wet environments are harsh on regular casters & causes them to ultimately rust & seize up. This caster is wash down ready whenever it’s time to close up. The swivel seal on this caster protects the swivel section from liquids, dirt & debris. This helps extend the life of the caster by protecting the ball bearings in the swivel section where other casters have them exposed.
