This 3″ x 1-1/4″ v-groove wheel comes is a popular choice for those building their own interior sliding barn doors. V-groove wheels are designed to be used on inverted angle iron, however that can also be used on flat surfaces. While not designed to run on flat iron, there is a .25″ opening in the v-groove that can be used with 3/16″ flat iron tracks.
