8″ x 2″ Ductile Steel Wheel – 2,000 Lbs Capacity
8″ x 2″ Ductile Steel Wheel – Part # LDS820
Ductile steel has similar capacities, impact strength, and durability when compared to forged steel wheels, but is more economically priced. Ductile steel is a combination of alloys that provide a much higher weight capacity than cast iron wheels, but not quite the capacity and durability of forged steel wheels. While ductile steel is very resilient, it is tough on floors and could lead to floor damage. For heavy duty floor protective wheels, be sure to check out our polyurethane on iron wheels.
